God is worthy of all our worship and praise. As one thinks about worship, we acknowledge that it can be expressed in many ways, just one of which is singing unto the Lord. While we have a great praise and worship team, our greatest act of worship will always be obedience unto the Lord.

In Acts 1:8, Jesus encouraged his disciples to be His witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. Our Jerusalem is Bolivar, MO. We are a church in our community that's committed to loving people right where we live and pointing them towards the Kingdom of God and the glory and excellence of the Lord

As we expand our scope, we realize we are also called to go beyond our own city. We partner with Mid-Lakes Baptist Association, a network of 20 other churches in our local area, whose purpose is to impact our part of Southwest Missouri for the gospel.  We also support groups and organizations here in Missouri that are able to minister to people in areas where we cannot.

The third part of Christ's command was for His followers to go out to the ends of the earth: global missions. We take global missions very seriously and are the sending church of five missionary families. Berean financially and prayerfully supports nearly 25 other missionary families or organizations on a monthly basis. Missions is a huge part of what we do, and who we are.
